Year 2002: Shanghai Finance Bureau released the accounting software interface standard (DB31/T270-2002 )
Year 2005: This local standard (DB31/T270-2002 ) was accepted by China Central Finance Ministry, and became a national standard(GB/T19581-2004) since Jan 1, 2005
In Shanghai, finance bureau now follows the GB19581-2004 standard to process the Approval Certificate application.
Materials for Approval Certificate
- Application Form for Computerized Accounting Approval
- Corporate Tax Registration
- Computerized Accounting Certificates of 2 accountants
- Commitment letter on Computerized Accounting Regulations
- Internal Financial Accounting Policy, Internal Management and Control Policy on Accounting Computerization
- Chart of Account
- At least one month finance data in GB/T19581-2004 standard
- Statutory Vouchers, ledgers, financial reports in parallel period: Printed Vouchers of Assets, liabilities, income, expenses and cost statement, Cash book, Bank book, sub ledger, general ledger, Balance sheet、Profit & Loss
